This 3000 square foot penthouse design sought to accommodate the growing family for this art and modern furniture collector. The project included the creation of a master suite at the terrace level and completely renovating the floor below.  The entire ceiling of the master suite is a skylight with retractable horizontal shades.  A wall of custom closets has a pivot section revealing access to an elevator. The custom stair is made of finished black steel with reverse poured concrete treads.
