Located in a former auto body garage, the design sought to respect the given character of the large open space and existing masonry walls. The newly created elements are dominated by clean lines and light materials.
The open plan runs the length of the restaurant, breaking down the division between spectator and spectacle. The whole restaurant becomes a type of theatre of a working kitchen on display, from the wood grill to the long pass, supporting the food and preparation lead by Chef Missy Robbins.
